Welcome to Scottish Discovery Tours. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings require a deposit to secure your tour. Full payment must be made prior to the tour departure date. Payment can be made via our online booking system or by contacting our office.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your tour, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made 14 days prior to the tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 50% fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled tour.

3. Liability

Scottish Discovery Tours is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the tour. Participants are responsible for their own safety and are advised to have travel insurance in place.

4. Changes to Itineraries

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, unforeseen events, or any other circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavor to notify you of any changes promptly.

5. Code of Conduct

We expect all participants to respect fellow travelers, guides, and the local environment. Scottish Discovery Tours reserves the right to remove any individual who engages in disruptive behavior without refund.
